Chicken and Vegetable Ramen

Tonight I made a new twist with an old favorite around here. It was a hit thankfully. My family is only really picky when it comes to something new or different than they are use to.


  • 2.5 lbs chopped chicken thigh or breast
  • chopped celery
  • chopped onion
  • chopped carrots
  • mushrooms
  • chicken flavored ramen
  • 4 cups water
  • garlic salt
  • olive oil

Cook your chicken, onions, carrots, celery and mushrooms in a pan with olive oil.

After cooking thoroughly mix in your 4 cups of water, season packages from the ramen package and garlic salt to taste. Bring to a boil.

Add your ramen noodles, let boil for two minutes, stir, then cover and remove from stove.

Let sit for 10 minutes.

Now it’s ready to eat!
